Liked: location
Disliked: the restaurant was not open but i specifically looked on booking for a hotel with restaurant. As soon I payed they sent me a message that restaurant was closed. A 4 star hotel should not say they have a restaurant and as soon you pay to send you a message that restaurant is closed. I would not booked if i new before because I was all day driving and when I get there I needed to lose other 2 hrs looking and going to a different restaurant Not what it says on description. The location should not give false informations and the booking should check informations if I was using their filters I expect to be correct

Liked: The surroundings are fabulous with an excellent view from the gardens. This place is really exceptionally nice!
Disliked: Without a car going to and from the city is a bit cumbersome. Taxi in practice.

Liked: Location and view! Staff were friendly. Hotel and rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
Disliked: They need to update their rooms with a fan or AC for the summers. It was very hot this summer and it was impossible to sleep. Too many wasps in the restaurant.

Liked: Lovely hotel with pristine clean rooms. Very good breakfast on the first day.
Disliked: Breakfast on the second day. Hot water not even switched on. The same must have applied to heaters for hot breakfast as all were cold. When we got back on Monday we were not informed no one would be there. This is a sizable hotel. No Coffee or Tea available. Not even water after a very hot day. This hotel is located remotely so cannot nip out for a drink! There are no facilities in the room such as a kettle or fridge for cooling your own drinks. Simply not acceptable if you are going to "close down' the hotel.
