Exceptional
Beautiful two night stay. We will definitely return
Liked: Spectacular property in the heart of Salzburg!
Disliked: Nothing
Felt like I was walking back in time into the most perfect Salzburg hotel!
Liked: Excellent location and charming room! For our anniversary, the hotel upgraded us to room 25 on the 4th/top floor and if you have a chance to stay in this delightful, sun-kissed suite, do so!!!

Liked: Fabulous location. Exceptional service. The rooms were beautiful.
Wonderful hotel, amazing staff
Liked: The decor of the hotel is wonderful. Really like stepping back on time but also at the same time with all mod cons. Really hard to get right but they have. The staff were so good too. Always super helpful. The location is amazing. Central to everything. Breakfast was set up as a high tea which was a lovely little touch. Can’t fault the hotel at all.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!
Highest quality experience we have encountered!
Liked: Hotel Goldener was the highlight of our trip. Location was excellent, close to everything and an outdoor cafe that was wonderful! First class from the minute you walk in…the hotel is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Every single person was kind and helpful…we felt so spoiled! The room…simply no words to do it justice…such unique and high quality touches throughout, including music in the restroom, automatic walking lights, a make-up table, and the coziest bedding ever! We can’t wait to return!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!
Great staff and location
Liked: Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. We had some difficulties arriving by car with street closures and the hotel staff went well above and beyond to help us. The rooms are fantastic, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast incredible and you cant beat the location. Misael and Julia stood out as fantastic staff that really made our trip special.
