Loved staying here, a lift for our heavy bags, convenience to everything, right in the old town. 24hour tea & coffee
Liked: Great location, great facilities.
Disliked: Nothing. Although it would have been nice to have a firmer pillow.
Good location and comfortable rooms
Liked: Good spacious rooms and clean beds. Provision of hot water and coffee in the cafeteria at all times. Location is good and well connected
Disliked: The breakfast spread could have been more better. There was no lock in the washroom at all. We requested for it to be repaired, but nothing changed.
Great location, clean, comfortable and accommodating staff
Liked: It was easy to find if you follow the directions given and the staff were very good. It is very well located and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable room, clean and enough space.

Great location in the heart of Salzburg
Liked: Located right in the old part of Salzburg; everything in walking distance. Good breakfast menu with many different and tasty choices. We booked a suite and it was huge, with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub. With windows to the garden, the room was also very quiet, even with the windows open. Nice detail: a piece of the original 1512 wall was on display in the room.
Disliked: The mattress of the bed was genuinely terrible - way too soft. I ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. The suite was large, but lacked a little bit of cosy furnishing. The living room area consisted of a sofa, a lamp and a small desk. A small table, and more importantly a kettle / coffee-maker would have been nice. There is a 24 hour coffee maker downstairs, but it's in the breakfast area and the door is closed in the evening.

Liked: The central location was wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding
Disliked: Bar noise from below and cigarette smoke (from the outside seating). A slightly arrogant owner/manager.

Liked: Wonderful breakfast staff and great traditional breakfast. Excellent location.
Disliked: WiFi is spotty at best. I had to switch rooms because I had a super soft bed that sank deeply in the middle since it was two twin mattresses with no mattress topper. Also, hotel never mentioned that staying at a place in Salzburg comes with a regional transportation pass. I asked on my fifth day of seven and was told it was my responsibility to ask for it. I bought tickets for local and regional trips that would have been covered.
