Great Location, Excellent Communication and Good Value for Money
Liked: Very good location with convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore Salzburg and its main attractions. Communication with the hotel was excellent, especially regarding the self-check-in process, which was clearly explained and easy to follow. The accommodation offered good value for money and fully met our expectations. Everything was as advertised, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers visiting Salzburg.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and the accommodation provided exactly what was advertised.
Liked: Clean and cozy) convenient check-in, even at a late hour
Disliked: I missed having a small fridge in the room
Liked: cleanliness and staff were very friendly. cozy and very comforting, close by to the metro and bus stop (walkable)
Disliked: could have been a little more affordable as it was a little outside the city
Satisfactory; friendly reception
Liked: Room quite acceptable
Disliked: Breakfast poor and breakfast room faced a busy highway - the whole elevation being glazed - with open doors so very noisy
Liked: It was convenient and close to the airport (11minutes drive) as well as being walking distance to the centre and main sites
Disliked: My bag was mistakenly put in another guests room at check in. It didn’t have a lock on it and I was fortunate that they hadn’t checked in before we noticed the mistake, and that a member of reception staff was in the restaurant to assist after reception closes at 1800. It was also very noisy during the night due to open spaces and sofas next to the rooms being filled with guests drinking, eating and making loads of noise. This wasn’t policed by hotel staff (mainly because there wasn’t any) and we had to challenge them to be quiet at 1am after keeping us awake
Price should have been lower for what this 1 or 2 star hotel has to offers!
Liked: It’s easy to find food around this hotel!
Disliked: Reception closes at 6 pm and the room I stayed in was so dated!
