One of the Best Hotels I’ve Ever Experienced! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Liked: Hotel Sacher Salzburg is truly one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at in Europe. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The elegance, attention to detail, warm hospitality, and outstanding service made my stay absolutely unforgettable. A very special thank you to **Sahar at the reception** for her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful hospitality. Her warm welcome and the lovely gift she presented to me were such beautiful gestures that made my stay even more special. I truly appreciated her personal touch. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the **bellman** for his kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service, as well as to the wonderful **breakfast restaurant team** for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. And the breakfast deserves a special mention! It was honestly **one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced in Europe**. The variety, quality, freshness, and delicious selection were simply outstanding. Every detail was beautifully presented, making breakfast a highlight of my stay. Hotel Sacher Salzburg is a perfect example of genuine luxury, where exceptional service and thoughtful details make all the difference. **Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. Very well-located luxury hotel with exceptionally well-trained personnel. Highly recommended
The best location in Salzburg
Liked: The location is great. The hotel interior is very nice. The view from our room was beautiful. The concierge was very good.
Disliked: The shower was too small. The elevator doors closed unexpectedly and caused us bruises. The buffet price is a bit expensive.
Spectacular hotel for a spectacular city
Liked: Location, quality of fittings, size of room, view of river, welcome cake and fruit.
Disliked: Like the rest of Europe, the bed only comes with a quilt which means it is all nothing when sleeping. Need to invest in some sheets so if you get too warm then there is an option. Young receptionist indicated breakfast wasn’t included when it was. Given the 62€ per person charge, it could have been an expensive mistake if we had chosen to eat breakfast outside the hotel.
