Liked: The location is absolutely stunning! the lake view and the castle are a delight.
Disliked: The pillows in the rooms weren't very comfortable. and rooms in the palace would need a bit of renovation.

Liked: It was nice with renovated rooms and friendly staff.

Disliked: The bicycals were poorly maintained. We had to find out ourselves that the Salzburg card could be purchased at the front desk of the hotel.
