Liked: Very helpful staff.
Liked: El Edificio y la recepción son bastante bonitos, pero no corresponden con los cuartos, que son muy austeros, parecen de refugio alpino; el precio se me hizo muy alto, tomando en cuenta además, que no incluye desayuno y solo hay café soluble disponible en el piso de abajo…si regreso a Saltzburgo buscaría otra opción
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, cheers to them. The location was great, a short walking distance to anywhere in the old town. The bathroom was clean. The cakes in the morning were delicious 😋
Disliked: There wasn't a hairdryer in the room, which is much needed when the weather is chilly. The bed was very squeaky and a little uncomfortable. There was a second bed in the room, in which the bedding was covered with hair and dust. Although the bed I slept on looked clean, it was a little disturbing.
Excellent location and hotel staff
Liked: Location was great. Staff were very helpful. Bus pass was nice!
Disliked: No air conditioning. No soap in bathroom
Liked: The apartment is located at the city center, and all the attractions are nearby. The staff were very friendly and gave us local transport passes which are valid till Bad Ischl ( to Halstatt). The room was very comfy. They even had some instant coffee, cakes, and tea in the pantry room. Overall, we highly recommend this property.
Disliked: Bar underneath the hotel plays live music in the evenings and noise level starts to drop crease around 11pm.
