Perfect for an overnight stay
Liked: Self-check-in, if you arrive late. Accessible via public transport. Functional rooms. Close to the airport and car rental offices. Guest Mobility Ticket.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny and the shower was draining very slowly (it was almost clogged).
Disliked: It is absolutely appalling that you travel from far away to spend a pleasant weekend in a beautiful city, only to be welcomed by this kind of experience. This is what we paid for. Even before entering our rooms, we could smell the awful stench while walking down the corridor. We booked three rooms, and nobody asked us during the booking process whether any of us smoked. There were five of us, and none of us are smokers. Nevertheless, we were automatically assigned two smoking rooms and one non-smoking room. All three rooms absolutely stank, each one worse than the other. Of course, we had to wait two hours for the receptionist to arrive, as the reception only opened at 5:00 p.m. We explained the problem to her, and she accompanied us to the rooms, where she took a sniff and claimed that, in her opinion, only one room smelled bad. She offered us just one replacement room. It was outrageous that she completely disregarded the fact that the other rooms were also unbearably smelly. The receptionist’s attitude was even more appalling. When she showed us another room, she tried to push yet another smelly room on us simply because she personally could not smell anything wrong with it. She even raised her voice, spoke to us in a completely unacceptable manner, and treated us as if we were stupid. We all walked out of the room laughing in disbelief because she was clearly treating us as though we had no idea what we were talking about. The fact that she seemed to think she could decide for us what we should be willing to accept was absolutely outrageous! Eventually, after considerable difficulty, we resolved the issue by keeping one of the smelly rooms and moving into two replacement rooms. We also reported that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not blowing warm air, despite the temperature being set accordingly. We were told that it would not work because the outdoor temperature was not below freezing.

Disliked: Beds very uncomfortable, the hotel is along the motorway which is extremely loud, and there were hairs scattered in the bathroom.
