Liked: Fabulous room, super friendly staff, great location
Disliked: Can’t think of anything. I would definitely recommend the Mirabell to friends and in fact, already have.
Liked: Newly refurbished, very comfortable, quality over quantity and very well situated
Disliked: The pillows were very large so although they felt comfortable, they weren't very comfortable to sleep on.
This was a wonderful stay!
Liked: The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The room was comfortable and cleanly. As requested, the room was far from elevators and noise. Staff was excellent. We were very pleased.
Disliked: No complaints, everything was excellent.
Brilliant - absolutely no complaints
Liked: Staff were fantastic! They were so helpful and so friendly. I travel with medical ice packs and they were incredible helpful and nothing was an issue. Email communication was fantastic prior to my stay. Thank you everyone, I loved my stay! Wish I could have stayed longer!
A comfortable stay in a great location
Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to Salzburg's beautiful Old Town. Our room was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, it was not a problem at all, as there are supermarkets and a lovely bakery nearby. We especially appreciated the wonderful housekeeping staff member who was always smiling and working hard to keep the common areas clean, even into the evening. Her dedication truly helped make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: While most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, we were a little disappointed with the attitude of one staff member at check-in.
Overall very good and would recommend to others
Liked: Location, staff, rooms & breakfast all very good.
Disliked: Only one negative - air conditioning unit in my room started leaking in the middle of the night. Waking me up & soaking some bedding etc.
