  Liked: Overall, a good place to stay in Salzburg. There is breakfast included (starts early, 6 am on week days and 7 am on weekends), a laundry room and a shared kitchen. 7/10 minutes from the bus stop that takes you to the center. Felt safe in the area as a woman, even late at night. Mostly nice staff, with one or two exceptions not worth mentioning. No air conditioner or fan, but, for me, opening the big windows was enough. Can be a problem, though, for those who gets hot easily.

  Disliked: No shampoo, they only gave a very small soap. They don't give you any information on the facilities when you check in. Also, the Salzburg Mobility Card (free transportation for tourists) was only printed when I directly asked for it later on.
