Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Clean and near the station
Disliked: Basic rooms
Excellent
Liked: Excellent friendly check in Secure parking Nice location
Disliked: All good
Great room
Liked: It was midway between old town and the Salzburg hbf station. The bus into old town was a 5 min walk from hotel
Disliked: I arrived at 3 in the afternoon and was informed that my room was not ready and i would have to wait. I waited until 430 and was finally given a room then. No apologies, no courtesy. Less than friendly and welcoming attitude, just adequate service.
Disliked: There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go down to the reception for any request; additionally, one of the rooms lacked a refrigerator. We asked for an iron right after checking in, but were told it was with another guest—a ready-made excuse that persisted until we left.
No AC. Overpriced a little
Liked: Front desk receptionist Eduard
Disliked: Clean
