Fabulous
Be careful and check for bed bugs!
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. In the middle of the night, we woke up to find three bedbugs on our pillow. We immediately took photos as evidence and also recorded a video when we removed them from the bed and put them in the bathtub. We went straight to the reception, where the staff kindly provided us with an alternative room on a different floor. The following morning, we reported the incident again and spoke directly with the hotel manager, who assured us that the situation would be investigated and that we would receive a refund for the room. However, when we followed up to ask whether a professional pest control specialist had inspected the room and whether the presence of bedbugs could be confirmed, the hotel informed us that there were supposedly no bedbugs and that there had never been any. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that we personally saw them and have photographic and video evidence. Instead of the promised refund, the only compensation offered to us was a breakfast voucher, which we do not consider an appropriate response to such a serious issue. We are sharing this experience to warn other guests. If you decide to stay at this hotel, we strongly recommend carefully inspecting the bed, mattress, pillows and surrounding areas upon arrival. Unfortunately, both the initial experience and the way the hotel handled the situation afterwards left us very disappointed.
Liked: The staff was always very kind and helpful. The hotel was a very short walk to the event I attended and has a grocery store next it.
Disliked: The room was adequate but I wish it had a hot pot to make coffee or tea. The room needed more electrical outlets.
