Fabulous
Excellent stsy
Liked: The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities.
Worst hotel I can remember. Room smelled deeply of curry and remote staff were not able to resolve
Liked: Nothing good to say
Disliked: Worst hotel experience I can remember. When checking in room smelled intensely of curry. Also had black hairs on at least 5 pillows and towels. No staff on site so called remote staff asking for a cleaning which they said was impossible despite checking in at check in time. Went back and forth with remote staff for hours with no real solution. I asked for a refund for us to leave the room which we had not used and check into another hotel but they refused and after hours of haggling would only offer 20% off one night. Spent hours trying to work with the hotel via WhatsApp and phone all of which was a complete waste of my time and detriment to my family holiday. Cleaning the next day was arranged but room still smelled deeply of curry and they clearly did not clean comprehensively as bins were not even take out.
Comfortable, modern, and clean accommodation
Liked: I was very impressed with the accommodation; it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.
Disliked: It is recommended to plan ahead and book your parking. Private parking near the accommodation is quite expensive; you might have to park further away.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I was so happy with this room
Liked: The ease of checking in / the cleanliness / the facilities / the shower! Floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides of the room
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect:)
Good location
Liked: The hotel is in walking distance (20 minutes) to the fortress of Hohensalzburg. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a parking garage connected to the hotel, which costs 24 euros per day.
Disliked: The coffee in the room could be better.
Fantastic
Liked: Fantastic room and great location, short walk from the central station and the city centre. Everything was clean and we had a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a mini fridge. Comfortable bed and a quiet place, would definitely go back!
