Guest reviews
Very good
Great stay
Liked: Location, elevator and helpful reception and the complimentary Salzburg two day pass
Disliked: No team and coffee making facilities
Everything okay except for payment
Liked: Location is fine. Walk 10mins to main bus and train station.
Disliked: I am very disappointed with the payment method of this hotel. When booking, the price already included tax. Since the hotel must use their own web page to pay, their price excluded any tax, and there was no currency selection, their exchange rate was very high, which made me paid more than 30 pounds. With these extra costs, I could have other choice.
Clean, safe hotel, helpful staff
Liked: Clean, safe property, helpful staff.
Disliked: A bit of a walk from central location, but not too bad.
Liked: The room was cozy and modern and looked like it was recently renovated. The bathroom had floor heating which we loved and it also included a hair dryer. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The reception doesn’t always work so it can happen that you need to do an online check-in or check-out.
Great stay on the river
Liked: Lovely hotel, receptionist went out of their way to help us. Great 20 min walk along the river to town (which so many people will miss). Lovely modern room, huge bed.
Disliked: The cleaners blamed us for the door not working and seem cross the key card didn’t work. The room could be a little bigger for the money eg the fridge couldn’t even house milk it was so small.
Liked: Large room, Great location, very very helpful staff, good cleanliness.
Disliked: Not good enough coordination between the hotel and booking.com. I had to contact the customer service to tell them that the room was paid via the platform. Once the confusion was cleared, they were very helpful. Very hot room, had to open windows almost all night.
