Good
Disliked: Parking is a joke - you have to look for places along the streats nearby
Not "Premium"
Liked: The lady who checked us in was great. The breakfast was great too.
Disliked: The room was big, but dirty in places - heavy dust in corners and under the bed (you could see it when seated on the armchairs facing the bed). We ran out of hand wash and shower gel after the first night. We requested for these to be replaced three times. At one point we were given mini hand soaps (from different venues). In the end, we just bought our own from shops as we gave up asking. This hotel may have premium in the name, but it wasn't premium in its offering. We were very disappointed and wouldn't return to this hotel. Compared to other hotels we stayed on our trip, this was one of the more expensive ones, but offered less than a Premier Inn in the UK.
Good value on the edge of town
Liked: A nice hotel with good facilities and breakfast. Don’t forget to get your free tourist transit pass if you are staying a few days as this gives you access to free public transport during your stay.
Disliked: The location is a bit out of town, only 10 minutes by bus but a long walk. Don’t be put off by the exterior - the inside is nice 😊.
Ok for the night
Liked: Underground parking for the motorbike
Disliked: Dated as the room needs to be upgraded. The hot tap barely worked.
It’s ok. Few things mentioned need to be addressed
Liked: Easily reachable from every corner of the city. Everything outside the washroom in the room is ok
Disliked: In the toilet the water has no force from the sink or while bathing. In the bath tub i observed the water was not draining quickly. On checking further I observed it was clogged with human hair.
practical stay
Liked: good location with transport, shops and restaurants in close proximity. check out up until 11 am instead of the usual 10.00 am. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom and toilets had a bit of an odor. the carpet in the room was stained in many places. The car park is a bit small and cannot accommodate more than 10 cars
