overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was a very good experience
Liked: Staff was very professional and friendly, the receptionist was amazing! I like breakfast, it was amazing too

Great comfortable stay
Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the time of check in, the staff printed tickets for free public transport for tourists. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station.
Disliked: None
Liked: Very clean with great amenities, and the breakfast was excellent. Good location too. While it doesn't quite match their Istanbul Bosphorus branch, it was far better than the one in Amsterdam.
Disliked: On the first night, there was a hot chocolate packet next to the kettle—which was dirty, by the way. I made it and drank it, but surprisingly, they never replenished it for the rest of my stay. I didn't like that.
