A small, outdated room with a beautiful view, but have to climb 20-minute steps uphill to hostel
Liked: The view is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning panoramic view of the old town from the elevated location! cheap and nice with shower. offer towels
Disliked: It takes about 20 minutes to climb the stairs to reach the property at the top of the hill. I had to carry my 20 kg suitcase all the way up and then back down again. There were bugs in the room. One even fell onto my face during the night, which was terrifying. When I woke up, I also noticed many bugs on the floor. There was a noticeable smell of cooking oil and food in the air. The shower was extremely inconvenient, as we had to press the water button every five seconds to keep the water running. The wall is thin, it can be loud and i can hear my neighbours.
Liked: An amazing location overlooking the old town. Very quiet. Modern and clean showers.
Disliked: It is difficult to get to. Unless you arrive in a car you either have to pay to get a taxi or use the elevator. Otherwise, it is a long and tiring walk up alot of steps which if you have heavy bags, is very inconvenient. My room was in the attic, accessed by some very steep and potentially dangerous steps. It had six beds in it, which was too many. It was very hot at night. The lockers had no locks. You have to keep pressing the button to keep the water flowing in the shower. The shower and toilet facilities are inadequate for the number of people staying there. The restaurant closes at 1900 hours. A bar would be a good idea. A shame, as the building would make a lovely boutique hotel.

Disliked: The location is gorgeous but careful has it is on a hill in Salzburg. The arrive at the location you can either take a lot of stairs or pay to take an elevator.
