Very good
It was good
It was lovely
Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is generally quiet. The location is near the metro station and a shopping center. New arrival guests to the hotel may find the entrance a bit confusing. They have a small door on the side of the building (probably for quick access to the elavator for already checked-in guests, which is a plus), but the reception is still one escalator away, to the second floor. Or you can just take the main entrance at the front with stairs to reach the reception. Not a bad thing though (they have signs to show directions), but it will be helpful for new guests, especially those arrive by metro, you will see the side door with the hotel name first and immediately choose that entrance, haha.
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Rude staff
They charged me €25 for one day of parking in the basement, even though there is parking available in the hotel’s outdoo
Disliked: They charged me €25 for one day of parking in the basement, even though there is parking available in the hotel’s outdoor area that is free of charge. The room is very small and cramped. I also asked for slippers, and they told me to come to the reception and pick them up myself instead of delivering them to my room.
Liked: --The room was modern and bright, although small. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. Despite the compactness, it had everything we needed --Although located away from the city centre, there was a metro station within a 5 min walk, making it easy to get to Salzburg city --Located right in front of Europark mall; great to get a coffee, for shopping etc --Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate the complementary late checkout
Disliked: --A bit more variety in the restaurant menu. We were surprised there were so few local specialties We used this hotel as a base for exploring the Salzburg Province by train, and it suited our needs perfectly. However, if you intend to spend more time at the hotel relaxing rather than sightseeing, you may find the rooms on the small side.
Not recommended
Disliked: I booked but not checked in, they said overbooked
