Very good
Very recommended for travellers that want to see the old city of Salzburg
Liked: Location
Disliked: No coffee/tea inb the room
good location, friendly and helpful staff
Liked: good location, friendly and helpful staff
Lovely hotel 10 mins walk to the centre, clean rooms comfortable beds and friendly staff
Liked: Good location just 10 mins walk to the old town, lots of parking nearby and free at the weekend, fair sized rooms and very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff, absolutely no complaints.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great sized rooms, good location just outside old town.
Disliked: Pillows but that’s been all of Europe
A great location for a quality hotel
Liked: The morning reception man with the suit was exceptional, unfortunately, didn't manange to catch his name. Probably in his late 30's if it helps.
Disliked: Unfortunately, not enough facilities for the money, at least in our opinion
Great location close to Old Town
Liked: Great location, conveniently close to the train station and only a short 10-minute walk to the Old Town. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of options and was a good start to the day.
Disliked: Whilst the beds were overall comfortable, one of them was extremely noisy, which was quite annoying whenever my partner moved during the night. The pillows were also very flat and lumpy, and could definitely benefit from an upgrade. Replacing or repairing any squeaky beds and providing better-quality pillows would have made for a much more comfortable and pleasant stay.
