  Liked: Had wonderful vacation in Salzburg thanks to this great stay. It was so clean and cozy. The staffs were super friendly and responded so quickly to all the requests. Very close to the bus stop so you can easily go to lots of sites including old town.

  Liked: The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, and exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

  Disliked: What I disliked most was the unnecessary stress caused by the apartment management. The very early checkout time of 9:30 AM, along with repeated reminders to leave the apartment neat and clean or face additional charges, made the stay less relaxing. Parking was also insufficient for the number of apartments, forcing us to park far away to avoid parking fines.

  Liked: Spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and large bath. Renovated space with nice fixtures. Large windows to allow airflow. Easy to reach by bus. Sufficient cooking supplies. Safe and secure. Quick response from host. We enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: There was no communication prior to our arrival regarding how to request and receive the visitor card for free public transportation. Once we arrive, I inquired and was told I had to make the request prior to check in. We had already checked in at that point so it was moot. We would have appreciated better communication on this issue. Also, we were on the second floor and the stairway was steep and difficult for me to bring heavy suitcase up and down. We knew there was no elevator but my experience was that this was difficult to the point of nearly falling.

  Nice apartment

  Liked: Location - easy to get to by bus or tram. Apartment was spotless. The information pack was useful. Everything that was needed was in the apartment.

  Disliked: No flexibility on arrival times as we were due to arrive at 1450 and having to vacate by,9.30 could not find any oven glove to get hot items from oven

  Beautiful apartment just outside the gate

  Liked: Extra large 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable public areas. Big kitchen with large table. Hostess was very easy to contact. Location outside the wall was perfect for us to walk into the city. Nice bathroom with separate toilet room. Very good restaurants nearby, including a breakfast cafe across the street. Grocery store just a block or so away. Free washer downstairs. We couldn’t get dryer to dry our clothes sufficiently but that could have been user incompetence. Nicely decorated. No problem with onsite parking.

  Disliked: Beds and pillows were too soft for us (we like firm mattresses). Street noise in front bedroom, though it quieted down at night.
