  Overall an excellent choice, we enjoyed our stay very much

  Liked: Very comfortable room with a nice bathroom. The location is excellent, great views and hikes right from the hotel. Free parking (there’s a large parking lot). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. The card with free/discounted cable car and bus rides was very useful.

  Disliked: For a 4 star hotel and it could do with a bit more refinement- mainly the restaurant. The pastry at breakfast was stale. Dinner was quite disappointing (the service was excellent though). This is our first time in Schladming, maybe it’s unfair to compare to our favorite place in Val Gardena.

  Great holidays in the Austrian Alps

  I chose this adults‑only property and ended up loving everything from the relaxing cake bar break to the amazing staff a

  Liked: I picked the property because it was adult only. We loved it. We were pleasantly surprised by the cake bar from 2-4pm which was super nice midday break from skiing. Very good cuisine, super nice staff (mostly croatian) and our room was superb- view of the mountains right from the bed. The room was expensive for us though, but we treated ourselves and dont regret.
