  Liked: Perfect place to spend some quality and peaceful time. Especially in this time of year (Mid-End October) it was as if the whoke town is yours to enjoy. The room was perfect with all facilities. Comfortable. Especially the view was awesome. West Side view of the church and sunset.

  Disliked: The Curtan of the room needs small repairs.

  Okay but could be improved

  Liked: Close to centre, good breakfast with lovely view of mountains. Clean room,all 4 floors accessible by lift..Easy key number check in

  Disliked: As a wheelchair user was not particularly wheelchair friendly at the entrance, with a very thin ramp to hotel, then some steps to negotiate to the front door. Limited to a pot and small fry pan for cooking on hob in room.. As it was an attic room quite a few sloped ceilings in room, could be a hazard, especially if guest is tall. Hotel unstaffed, no one on reception,which could be time of year October is in between seasons

  Great would stay again

  Liked: Great location near restaurants and supermarkets fantastic view from the large balcony and small kitchen and a lift to floors

  Disliked: When we arrived the wardrobe door was hanging off so could not use it not a problem but it made you think I hope they don’t blame us but no one said anything so all ok

  It was ok. Breakfast was ok as well. Nothing fancy

  Liked: The view is superb.

  Disliked: There were no staff to assist you for late night check in because everything is self-check in. I would not recommend for families with babies. I think that it is too expensive for a one-night stay.

  Troublesome check-in

  Disliked: No one in the check-in. It has to be done digitally and their system and it didn't work. I had to do two telephone calls, i spoke German in both calls and the employee on the first call refused to speak English. It's ok if you can't speak English or refuse but at least inform your guests so they're aware there's nobody at the front desk and the call center can't or don't speak English.
