Good location but poor service and badly equipped facilities

  Liked: Good location in Seefeld

Disliked: Badly equipped facilities. Very bad to offer a kitchen and cooking facilities like stove, fridge, etc and not offer the basics like tea and coffee or even sugar. We had to buy everything. Shampoo or Soap for the shower wasn’t provided either!! I find this unacceptable. Very out of touch with the traveller’s necessities. Even cheap budget hotels give you tea and coffee, enough toilet roll and shampoo. This is inexcusable to not provide this and specially because of the price range of this apartment.

Liked: Thank you for making my stay calm and peaceful. I truly recommend this place! It’s nice, cosy and quiet. I could see how much heart and soul went into every detail. It was a spontaneous decision to stay here, but it completely stole my heart. I would love to come back and I genuinely recommend it. You have everything you need there. Also, it was important for me that it was warm inside and it really was. Thank you Natalie!
