Comfortable and friendly
Liked: The hotel is located in the beautiful and picturesque town of St Wolfgang. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. A wonderful buffet breakfast is served in the morning.
Disliked: Our hotel room looked a bit dated. It could use a refresh.

Disliked: Pictures of the hotel are deceiving, they looked like the hotel was in front of the lake with a beautiful view, but is not. They have a private small spot 5-6 minutes walk on the beach. We requested additional pillows for medical reasons, we were charged for them. The shower was extra small. The paid parking area is hard to get to it, involves several stairs. We paid for the hotel the day we booked 6 months in advance here at Booking and they were charging us when we checked out, thankfully they found our payment...

Liked: Beautiful location, friendly family hotel, convenient parking and comfortable, cozy rooms! And: lovely breakfast. We even went for a swim at their private waterfront.

Great hotel, fab location
Liked: Great central location, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Also used the lakeside garden and the fact they had paddle boards to use was a bonus.
Disliked: No air con, which you expect from an old property but it was quite warm. They did provide a fan when requested.
