Liked: The location and lake front facilities cannot be beat. We had a huge spacious suite with fantastic view of the lake, big living room and a soaking tub. The breakfast was incredible and the restaurant staff was so kind and remembered us everyday. We enjoyed the lakefront pool and hot tub and the spa facilities including the indoor pool with features (look for start button on the wall), steam room, 3 saunas and multiple lounge areas. Loved being in the heart of town to walk and explore stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Kinda confusing to figure out the multiple elevators and how to get to where you want to go but finally figured it out. Massage therapist was on vacation that week but other services were offered and its off season now so the pool bar was closed but we asked and they did send us a waiter to order drinks from which was very nice.
I think I will still stay here if I come again
Liked: The room is clean, and well set up. There is no A/C, which pushed me to be outside. This is good for me. The view of the swimming pool is very nice. The breakfast is also good. good view and good food. Location is very good, it's just in front of the lake. My room is in the reception building, has a small balcony, with some late veiw. the room in the restaurant can has a full lake veiw. I think that would be super nice.

Great stay in the awesom hotel by the beautiful lake
Liked: I had a great, beautifully decorated room with the balcony facing the town square, very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean bathroom with the full bath. Excellent breakfast and dinners at the hotel restaurant. The hotel's spa is the best with the lake pool and access to swimming in the lake's very clean water. Hotel staff was very nice, knowledgible and helpful. I wish I'd stay longer.
Disliked: There is no air conditinners in the rooms, so it could be hot during a hot sommer days, however, keeping winows and a balcony open at night was very helpful.
Staff makes up for pricey hotel at a great location
Liked: The location and the direct access to the lake via the spa was fantastic. The staff was very devoted and helpful, especially Hr. Stefan from the reception desk! Also the sommelier at the restaurant and bar was extremely hospitable. The suite was updated, clean, air conditioned and had a Great Lake view.
Disliked: The first room we were offered did not live up to the standard of what a hotel at this price class should offer. Old bathroom, very used up furniture and smelly. We asked for another room and were offered a suite for an upcharge.
