  Very nice hotel in central location

  Liked: ry nice hotel in great central location. All the major sights and excellent restaurants are within walking distance. The room was very quiet, a good size, and the bed was large and super comfortable.

  A disappointing honeymoon stay, with air conditioning problems, privacy breaches, and an unresolved promised refund

  Liked: Unfortunately, the problems during our honeymoon overshadowed the stay.

  Disliked: We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, but the experience was deeply disappointing. Our first room was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance advised that we needed to move rooms, yet reception made the process unnecessarily difficult. There were also serious privacy concerns: staff attempted to enter without allowing us time to answer, and housekeeping entered despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed. After our stay, the hotel agreed in writing to a €855 refund. I provided the requested bank details, but I have still not received the payment. The handling of these issues added further frustration to an already disappointing experience.
