  An excellent base for exploring the city of Vienna

  Liked: Impeccable service. I even noted to myself, while in the breakfast room on Saturday—which was full—that everything remained calm; there was no shouting, unlike in some other establishments in France. The hotel is well-located, near a metro line that makes all the tourist sights easily accessible. The breakfast offers a good variety.

  Disliked: The only downside for me: I like to sleep with the window open, but there is too much city noise outside (police sirens, cars, etc.). However, this didn't make my stay unpleasant—you just have to close the window.

  A lovely stay with a spacious room, a convenient location and wonderful staff

  Liked: The room was excellent and spacious, and the location was very convenient. The metro station is just a two-minute walk away, with the green line connecting to the red line, making it easy to reach Vienna’s main attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helped us so much. A special thank you to Vladl, who is such a wonderful person. Always smiling, welcoming and happy to help, he honestly felt like part of my family. His warmth and kindness made our stay even more special. He is someone I will always remember fondly. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

  Disliked: Our room faced the street, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. This might be less of an issue in winter with the windows closed, but during other seasons, having the window open makes it difficult to sleep because of the noise. We tried using the air conditioning, but it did not cool the room properly.
