  Top location and good value for monay

  Liked: Entry instruction and confirmation of exact location were very clear and given in a timely manner, i.e. few days before our arrival via a WhatsApp message. Top location: the Opera Haus, Konzerthaus, Wiener Secession, the Naschmarkt, Museumsquartier, Kunsthistorische Museum and City Centre all within easy walking distance; just around the corner a major subway interchange (Karlsplatz) and the stop of the direct airport plus. A major Spar supermarket is also just around the corner (NB: be aware that supermarkets are closed on Sundays except those located at major railway stations such as Wien Mitte or Hauptbahnhof)

  Disliked: The 2nd bedroom is VERY small and has not space for any other furniture but the bed, no wardrobe, no chair. We couldn’t get the TV to work (not a major issue) – it was set to analog (i.e. no channels) and screen instructions were in Portuguese. As the keys on the remote control were complete worn down and virtually illegible it was impossible to change the setting

  Liked: Spacy.

  Disliked: The second bed room smells sour due to the smelly bed sheets. The pillow is too old and too soft to sleep comfortably.

  Liked: The location is close to the city center. The apartment is clean. The heating was appreciated.

  Disliked: There is no parking without a specific parking permit for the District 1. One night we arrived late and parked on the street. By 8am we had not one but two parking fines, 50 euros each. We eventually left our car at the paid parking at the distance and just used taxis. The apartment itself is not bad. Only one toilet and a separate shower further down the hall but it's an old building so it's understandable. Strictly one thin pillow per person and a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for all of us.

  Grand apartment in a perfect location for sightseeing

  Liked: Excellent central location, this was a very late booking for us having been let down on our actual booking. Host was very responsive given the timing. Apartment is vast in size and our boys much appreciated having their own rooms. Fans were provided in each room given the heat of the summer and there were toiletries in each of the bathrooms, along with coffee and dishwasher pods. Fridge was a good size and plenty of crockery.

  Disliked: Whilst there are 3 sockets in the kitchen and multiple appliances only one is functional which is a shame, also a personal preference would be to have the dining table and chairs in the lounge area as the kitchen was a bit darker so we wanted to sit in the lounge. Overall though it was amazing.
