Just what I'd hoped for, even better in fairness

Liked: We had 4 days in Vienna and felt very comfortable leaving our bags with them on our last day while we continued to explore. Having this as our 'home base' was perfect; location, comfort and although the building felt very safe and secure, the easy of entry was hassle free. Even enjoyed a soak in the tub one night. Every person staffing the reception was lovely, helpful and spoke English well.

Disliked: Would have liked an extra pillow, but I wasn't so bothered that I asked. I'm sure had I, they would have accomodated me.

Dream apartment in the heart of Vienna Center

Liked: Wonderful apartment in the heart of Vienna. Complete kitchen, spacious room. Breakfast is delivered to the room on demand but I didn't try it. They stored my luggage for hours and were very kind.

  Disliked: Everything was exceptional.
