Elegant yet cozy with very welcoming staff

Liked: The location was central enough, within a short walk to sights around the inner ring, the MuseumsQuartier and the hub around Stephansplatz. The room was stylish yet cozy and the beds were absolutely wonderfully comfortable.

Disliked: Cannot think of any shortcomings for a short stay ~ it was nearly perfect!

Perfect for a lone traveller in a strange (beautiful) city

Liked: Piano bar was beautiful. Service was outstanding. Overall feel of the place was friendly and welcoming and lovely to experience after a long day.

Disliked: I could hear the washing machines and dryers (that's what it sounded like) at night. I appreciate that this has to be a thing, but it was a little annoying, but this was only because I couldn't sleep in the first place, it never woke me up or anything like that.

A gorgeous, friendly venue with a bar straight out of a movie and a breakfast to die for!

Liked: The hotel is just beautiful and the staff are totally friendly and interested in the guest experience. Sam behind the bar took some photos before my friends and I went to a ball and the guy at breakfast always remembered my room number. Small little things that showed the staff cared. The food was delicious and the bar is like something out of a movie.

  Disliked: Nothing really.
