Liked: Walking distance to the old section. Proximity to transit. Bed is comfy.

Disliked: We were in an executive double room and it was small. The shower is just barely big enough to use: my elbow kept hitting the tap that would increase the heat on me. The breakfast selection in the executive restaurant was small. The hotel was really busy on the weekend which was a pain for the elevators.

A convenient stay with friendly staff, but some important details could be improved

Liked: The hotel is right next to a metro station, which made getting around very convenient, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the breakfast service in the back room, especially the freshly made coffee, the option to request eggs and the vegan corner. Despite the construction work outside, we didn’t hear any noise in the room.

Disliked: The room was cold, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and there were no extra blankets. The water was very rusty around 6:30 in the morning. At breakfast, the plain scrambled eggs were often contaminated with ham because guests used the same spoon for both. On our last morning, only one breakfast room was open, with less variety, no freshly made coffee and no option to request eggs.

Liked: Good value and comfort in a good location.

Disliked: Housekeeping came into my room Sunday morning 8am (why?) while I was still a sleep. 30min later the house cleaning came into my room without knocking…. And that was it for my relaxed sunday morning🤷🏽‍♂️.
