When there was a problem the staff was unprofessional

Liked: The apartment was clean and big.

Disliked: The apartment itself had a really bad smell when we arrived. We couldn’t stay, we contacted the team and asked for a relocation or cancelling the stay with a full refund. They refused and said they will use air fresheners. I used air fresheners myself already but the smell kept renewing. Staff is unprofessional and maybe shouldn’t work in the hospitality sector as they are only profit oriented.

Modern, clean, spacious - highly recommend

Liked: Everything was perfect! Room was clean and big with everything you needed - including parking. The tram station was nearby and the metro station around 10 min by foot.

Disliked: Everything was ok - I'm sad we didn't have the opportunity to check the pool but we might come back during summer.:)
