Liked: The room was clean and in a good location

Disliked: I stayed there in 5 nights but the wifi didn’t work at all. The entrance of building was exhausting and full of trash.

  Excellent, for the money

Liked: The accommodation is excellent, everything is new and clean, furniture, mattresses, bed linen, towels. Public transport is nearby (metro, bus), lots of parking, markets, shops. Communication via Booking, codes for the front door and the apartment door sent on time.

Disliked: There is no elevator to the 7th floor (only to the 6th). The internet was problematic, but if you get it on the 6th (there is a sticker with the user and pass next to the elevator door) it works on the 7th floor as well.

Room was great! Communication with staff was not satisfying, I assume AI responses

Disliked: When I inquired about the parking spot I didn’t receive sufficient information and eventually had to park somewhere else after having planned to park at the Airbnb location.

Should have skipped my third visit to Vienna

  Liked: Spacious apartment, location

Disliked: The wifi did not work. Notified the staff the first afternoon and repeatedly every day by text and email, as I had no phone service. Not a word until three days later when I was packing to leave I finally heard back with no resolution. Travelling for 3 months in ten countries and as a single senior woman I felt stranded. Had to walk to the train station to use the wifi there. And as a Genius level 3, 19 year customer of Booking, they did nothing either, except apologizing about how busy they are. Finding a long black hair my pillow case and a cup of spoilt milk in the dirty microwave did not impress.
