It’s excellent. It’s a rare hotel where you can truly feel that the staff trusts you

Liked: It’s located right in the heart of the city. It’s a wonderful location within walking distance of St. Stephen’s Cathedral. From the airport, you can take the limousine bus (Airport Line 2) to Mörzingenplatz/Schwedenplatz, and then it’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The rooms are spacious enough, and the amenities are just what you need. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and considering the price, it’s a very good hotel. The staff are also very friendly and answered my questions with genuine care. As you’d expect from a monastery hotel, you can tell they treat guests with trust. It reminds me of a similar experience I had at a monastery hotel in Rome. For those who value substance, this is undoubtedly a hotel I would recommend.

Disliked: The biggest issue is the lack of air conditioning. During my stay (in July), the highest temperature was 31 degrees, and the average temperature was around 25 degrees. At these temperatures, I had no particular problems using just a fan without opening the windows. However, in July 2026, there were days when the high reached 38 degrees, so it’s unclear whether it would be possible to get by without air conditioning in such cases. That said, this is an exceptional circumstance, and overall, this is a highly recommended hotel.
