Functional apartment in a nice area of Vienna

Liked: Very clean and functional, well equipped kitchen, new building with a lift. Easy communication and check-in. The area is super nice

Disliked: It's on a busy street so quite loud with the windows open even though on the sixth floor. The extra foldable bed for the third person is not comfortable

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location

Liked: These apartments are beautiful and in a perfect location. Our apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, separate toilet and shower/bathtub, and separate bedroom. The balcony was very nice, with a view of the lovely neighborhood. There are many bars, restaurants, and cafes in the immediate vicinity, several bus lines very easily accessible, and the subway as well. We loved the neighborhood and also found it extremely easy to visit the main tourist sites, Donauinsel, and everywhere else we wanted to go. Vienna is beautiful and this apartment made our stay perfect. Werner was a very welcoming and friendly host. We highly recommend these apartments and will be back!

  Disliked: Nothing!

  Outstanding!

Liked: Great place! Super convenient location just two blocks from the u-bahn station so easy to get around. Markets just a block or two away. The apartment is well designed and comfortable with everything you need. And the host was the best I’ve ever had. Provided timely and super helpful information.

Disliked: The pillows on the bed could be better but only a minor issue

Best Place Apartments is the perfect place for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Vienna

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Best Place Apartments. The apartment had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean, and was very nicely decorated. We found the location to be convenient as it was close to the subway and to some very nice restaurants. We also loved relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine after a long day of visits in the city. We highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, convenient, relaxing stay in Vienna.

Awful experience! Never again! Zero Austrian hospitality here!

Liked: Unfortunately, I have nothing to add. A horrible experience!

Disliked: Staying at this place was a traumatic and unpleasant experience. Before our arrival, the host messaged us repeatedly and expressed frustration that we did not respond immediately. During our stay, the host entered the apartment without asking or obtaining our permission and searched through our belongings. Following this, we received further rude warnings and absurd lectures. For instance, we were told that we cannot keep cushions on our outdoor furniture—even though the balcony is fully covered. We were even threatened with financial charges if they get wet. This is completely unreasonable. The equipment inside the apartment was completely different from the description. Among other things, the apartment was missing a washing machine. This was a key deciding factor for us due to our extended stay and continued travel in this part of Europe. The property has a strict check-out policy by 10:00 AM. Any extension beyond this time is subject to an additional fee. 30 minutes before checkout, the housekeeper was already waiting outside our door with her cleaning equipment. Unpleasant communication from the host. They rudely reminded me about checkout a day early and called an hour before the time. Unnecessary pressure and lack of hospitality.

10/10 - I wish all Airbnbs were like that 😃

Liked: Perfect! The apartment is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. Really comfy bed. Huge windows and a nice balcony give a lot of light and perspective. It's located in a very nice area - you can easily grab a bite, have a coffe or find a market in the neighborhood. No need to use a vehicle - you can just have a nice walk to the historic centre. Very convenient garage downstairs in the building (paid additionally). There is also a storage for bikes (no fee). The check-in process and communication with the owner were smootless.
