  Nice choice

  Liked: The building and room was comfortable,modern designed and clean

  Disliked: Parking is not avaliable in property(there is a one probanly not open to public) The room was big but no more furniture except for a table and 2 chair. A small sofa would be perfect. Cutlery and dishes was minimized (only 2 fork, 2 small table etc)

  Liked: When we first arrived, we got a terrible loft appartment which was literally unfinished,with broken toilet instalations,very bad heating and terrible noise from the construction site just behind the building. After we have contacted the reception and asked for the refund or change of the appartment,they have immidietely answered our request. We have got a very nice clean appartment with extra comfortable bed on the other side of the building without the noise. After they have changed our room,everything was perfect.

  Disliked: our first room was terrible..noise,bad heating,unfinished and broken toilet…

  Very disappointing stay. Poorly maintained apartment with serious issues throughout

  Liked: We stayed for two nights as a family of four. The apartment was spacious. Unfortunately, that was pretty much the only positive thing about our stay.

  Disliked: We stayed as a family of four, and this was by far the worst accommodation of our trip to Austria. The apartment was spacious, but almost everything else was disappointing. We booked it mainly for the kitchen, but it was barely usable. The tiny 60 cm dining table had only two chairs and two poufs, so we couldn't eat together. The dishes and pots were dirty and greasy. There was no dish soap, so we had to wash everything with our own shampoo! The tiny dishwasher took 2.5 hours and still left dishes dirty. The kettle was filthy, the coffee machine leaked, and the kitchen tap sprayed water everywhere. Even the tea and sugar packets were wet when we arrived. The sofa bed was extremely uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was another nightmare. The shower had no curtain or barrier, and water flooded the bathroom floor without draining properly. We had to clean it up ourselves using towels. The towel radiator wasn't even connected, so the towels remained damp due to the high humidity. Some walls were also unfinished. Overall, it felt like everything was designed to minimise costs, with almost no attention to cleanliness, maintenance or guest comfort. We didn't expect luxury, just a clean and comfortable apartment where a family could cook, eat, shower and sleep normally. For similar prices, every other place we stayed in Austria provided an excellent experience. This apartment was a huge disappointment. A formal complaint and partial refund would be justified, but we simply didn't want to waste more of our holiday dealing with it. Definitely would not recommend!

  Would not stay again

  Liked: Low price, but you get what you pay for.

  Disliked: This place felt disappointing and unsafe. To get into the building, no keycard is needed. Anybody from the street can walk up to your room. Hallway lights were often off operating on a sensor and both this and the no key to get up situation together gave me a very unsafe feeling. I also experienced an issue with the shower on multiple occasions. The water would run cold after about 10 min and water would splash everywhere in the bathroom and hallway floor. When I called the hotel help desk, they did not offer a satisfactory solution.
