Great hotel, but due to breakfast I'll never book it again

Liked: The hotel works with PIN-codes for the rooms, which is - for me - a benefit so you don't have to think about keys or cards to take with you.

Disliked: Breakfast was only served from 08:00 which is too late if you have meetings 'somewhere' in Vienna starting at 8:30. Last day I flew back and had a bit more time to "enjoy" the breakfast. There is only a choice between 3 plates and 1 warm drink. All other stuff costs extra, something I don't expect when I pay a lot for my hotel breakfast upfront. This is the main reason to never book this hotel for me again.

  Great Location

Liked: Location was excellent. We were 10 minutes from the centre of Vienna. 20 mins from the Airport. Staff were helpful when contacted.

Disliked: There was no way of contacting staff at night if we needed them as the reception which was in another building closed at night. Therefore could be a bit isolated. The entrance hall to the building was a bit tired looking.

We enjoyed our stay in a great area and appreciated the helpful staff

Liked: Great location, easy self checking, nice aesthetics, big room, helpful staff.

Disliked: The bathroom was not well designed. The shower glass door came off its slider. there was no room by the sink to put anything. The window blinds were broken.
