Disliked: Heating is not working in 3 days they did not repair
Economical, efficient, pleasant
Liked: No surprises here - its like mcDonalds and OMV- you can always expect the same quality and that is exactly the reason why I choose this hotel for my stays in Vienna.

Disliked: Heating is not working On 10th floor. It was cold in the room. No glass in the room. Poor breakfast with 2 different salami.

Liked: Highly recommend this hotel! Very friendly front desk staff, clean rooms with everything necessary provided. Super location with McDonald's, a gas station, Burger King, etc. nearby. The room was great, zero complaints
