Great stay in a beautiful City 👍

Liked: Location best feature! Only 5min walk to Stephanplatz Square 👍

Disliked: Very dated. Quite spacious & airy rooms, though bedroom very dark, low natural light. Mostly small negatives ie: shower seal perished so water runs onto floor; shower head leaks & needed replacing; maybe bath handle required for safety of slipping; more rubbish bags to be available. As we were there for 5 days it would have been nice for the apartment to be cleaned at least once during this stay.

Liked: The Carlton Suites are perfectly located for easy access to attractions, restaurants, cafes and shopping. The suite was comfortable and clean, and there was a lift. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, just a standalone unit in the lounge and a fan in the bedroom, which we struggled with due to the extreme heatwave, but we survived. Communication was great and would recommend the Carlton Suites for your visit to Vienna.

Memorable stay in a huge spacious apartment in central Vienna

Liked: Location is excellent. Huge, spacious apartment.

Disliked: Toilets are outdated, smell and don't drain properly. Beds are uncomfortable and could do with an update.

  It ruined

  Liked: Location only.

Disliked: Old, decrepid stairwells with mouldy smell. Elevator that once refused to work. No air conditioning. Bedroom with window onto a dark and narrow shaft, with no view of daylight. Holes in bedroom wall, covered with tape. 2 star rating at most. Using the known and respected name Carlton Suites is a deliberate deceit. We paid for a 4 star accommodation but got a 2 star value.
