  Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay

  Liked: We had a really lovely stay at Citadines! The hotel is modern, clean and beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

  A pleasant one-night stay in a well-equipped serviced apartment, with good facilities that would be

  Liked: The room is well equipped as it is a serviced apartment, with full cooking facilities available. As we were only staying for one night, we didn’t get the chance to make use of them, but they would be very useful for a longer stay.

  Disliked: The room was a little smaller than I expected. I also couldn't find any written instructions in the room on how to operate the air-conditioning/heating, which would have been helpful. The hotel is located further away from Vienna city centre than I had anticipated. While there is public transport nearby, I personally found travelling to and from the main areas of the city less convenient than expected.

  Good, overall, with the need to do some adjustements

  Liked: Overall, we had a good stay at Citadines Vienna. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our time there very enjoyable.

  Disliked: there were a few drawbacks regarding sleep quality and facilities. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise every time you moved. Additionally, the pillows on all the beds were quite uncomfortable. The gym is also very limited, and one of the machines was out of order during our stay.

  It was ok, but I will not use it in the future due to the lack of sleep because of the cars outside

  Liked: I liked the code system to access the hotel and the room. The apartment was nice.

  Disliked: I did not like to noisy street in front of the window because of the high amount of cars. The bed lamp did not work. There was a big stain on the sofa.

  Liked: Reception was friendly, helpful, Rooms were were decent size, nicely placed kitchen. All things were in place and working properly. We had very comfortable stay. There is davidgoose station nearby 120 meter for connectivity. And supermarket was also nearby.

  Disliked: We just had little problem of coming from airport as we have to change tram with luggage and also we were new here.
