  Nice hotel with creative decor, great staff and super breakfast

  Liked: The hotel is beautifully decorated with an element of whimsy and surprise. My room was comfortable and quiet, and they shared spaces were well thought out and very pleasant. Breakfast was unlike any I’ve seen in Europe (although someone suggested to me that Austria is different in this regard) - many organic and housemade options, plus fresh sprouts you could cut for yourself. Staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating.

  Disliked: The bed was probably beyond replacement time (Prairie Home Companion would call it a deep valley bed!), but I still slept like a log.

  I recommend it for the great value for money, easy train access, and excellent breakfast

  Liked: Breakfast and location. The buffet was great, with plenty of options for us vegans. Even though it's far from the main attractions, commuting by train is simple—it's about a 7-minute walk to the station that connects to the whole city.

  Disliked: The room is a bit dated, and the shower stall is a little tight with limited space for toiletries.

  Cosy clean hotel

  Liked: Clean well appointed hotel. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Cosy outdoor area with trees, plants and sofas. East to get into town with the subway (about 12 mins walk).

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Tired hotel that is way over priced

  Liked: Staff were very friendly and the room was very quiet.

  Disliked: Hotel felt very “budget” even though we paid a lot for a “Junior Suite” it was actually a very basic room that felt like a tired Premier Inn with old dingy decor. Pillows were awful. Hardly anything in the surrounding area in the way of cafes/restaurants and much further from the Hauptbahnhof than I had thought when I booked.

  I had never had a worst experience ever

  Liked: I did not like it. It was very small and pretty outdated I had requested two separate beds and when I got to the property they wouldn’t accommodate my needs.

  Disliked: The room was too eclectic and the bathroom was in the middle of it with no privacy or room to use it comfortably. The main light in the ceiling was covered with bubble wrap and held together with cable ties. They may have called that art. I call it decorating with trash.
