  Would return for another visit

Liked: It's a 30 second walk from the underground connecting you to the entire city. The staff were lovely and the place was immaculately kept.

Disliked: The restaurant and room service food shut at 10pm. If you arrive after this time for check in you are pretty much stranded for food options unless you go exploring the city at night.

Liked: We only stayed one night at the hotel; we chose it because it was close to the Prater. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent bar and restaurant.

Disliked: I think the parking fee is a little high

  Good location, friendly staff

Liked: It's conveniently located close to the train station, with plenty of places within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Disliked: The overall temperature in the hotel was quite warm, and unfortunately, you couldn't adjust it from your room. We found it much too hot for our liking. Cleanliness could also be improved, as the room wasn't particularly clean. Housekeeping and regular room servicing were not provided, although you could request fresh towels if needed. This made the stay less comfortable, especially for a longer visit.

  very nice hotel!

Liked: Everything was perfect! The gym was really nice, it was large and had many fitness machines. The wellness was fantastic too! Excellent breakfast also, and the room was silent and clean. I would come back again.

  Disliked: nothing
