Fabulous
Merlos place vibes close to Alte donau
Liked: First of all the host is super helpful, he really did his very best, anytime I've seeked help. The big terrace with the pool view was pretty amazing, nice shadow under the trees in the lovely garden with everything what I've needed. The apartment has everything also even for longer term stay - kitchen tools, cleaning tools, enough towel. Easy access. 10/10 professionalism and guest centered literally. I'm quiet sure we will come back in the future. In general the ppl in the apartment complex are nice and friendly.
Disliked: The neighbour couple from upstairs are owners and they have a clique - in their crew everyone's owner and they feel entitled themself. They were pretty rude with other guests too from booking not just with me. They think some rules meant only for the renters - they felt themself privilidged and said this put loud. My experience showed me if you're not going down to their lvl and you keep consistence about the rules they will ignore you for the rest of your stay.
Perfect stay. Jacuzzi is awesome. Pool was unfortunately closed as it is October
Superb
Very good
Jacuzzi relaxation after the pleasure of visiting such a beautiful city
Liked: Apartment equipped with everything you need, in a very calm complex, 50 m from the tramway station. The jacuzzi in the evening after a long day visiting the city is the cherry on the cake 😀 Furthermore the staff is very reactive when needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well-equipped, clean apartment
Liked: The apartment we stayed in was truly fantastic. It was easily accessible by car and public transport, with the tram 25 being conveniently close. We requested a parking space in the garage of the house and were pleased to have been provided one, as it made our trip much easier. The hospitality and communication with the hosts were simply outstanding. The apartment was well-equipped, boasting a fully equipped kitchen area, a hydromassage tub in the bathroom, and a jacuzzi outside on the terrace. I highly recommend this apartment for either leisure or business trips!
