Liked: Everything was great! The location, staff, breakfast, room etc.

Disliked: The biggest downside was the internet connection. It was really bad -almost none- and the tv was getting a bad reception too.

  Great location

  Liked: The location to transport

Disliked: The room was very hot and there was no way to control the room temperature. We had to make sure the bathroom door was closed before we left the room, otherwise it would jam the other door while trying to get in.

Modern, clean hotel right by the train station

Liked: The hotel wins with its location across the road from the Hauptbahnhof. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff were welcoming. It's all we needed.

Disliked: Very little. Only the busy road and tramway right outside. It made it a little noisier and a slightly longer walk than expected from the crossing, but that's the penalty for a winning location.

Liked: Great location next to main station and even closer access to underground station. Luggage storage useful and very nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Little drinks and snacks shop at 24 hour desk is a nice addition. Various restaurants at main station in very easy reach and also deliver to hotel if you need to stay in to rest your feet!

Disliked: Wifi mostly didn’t work. In main reception area you could connect but no internet. On the occasion there was internet, we could not connect anyway in our room on first floor (signal too weak).
