  Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance, Insects and Unprofessional Service

  Liked: No thing at all.

  Disliked: Our stay at HeyMi Apartments was extremely disappointing and certainly one of our worst accommodation experiences. Despite previously confirming that the apartment was suitable for four guests, the property demanded an additional €120 for my wife and two young children, which I paid. Upon arrival, the apartment was not even ready, and workers were still painting the kitchen! The heating system repeatedly stopped working, forcing us to restart the boiler ourselves throughout our stay. The flooring was extremely old, worn out, and creaked loudly with every step. Even worse, we discovered insects in both the bedroom and bathroom, raising serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Although we had requested a one-hour late checkout through Booking.com in advance, the staff insisted that we leave at exactly 11:00 a.m., showing no flexibility or consideration. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and disappointing. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and certainly not worth the money we paid. I would strongly discourage families, particularly those travelling with young children, from booking this accommodation.

  An absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment — thank you for such a great experience in Vienna!

  Liked: The location is fantastic! The building itself is gorgeous, a true piece of art. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, and pleasantly warm upon arrival. Everything was extremely convenient, including the option to leave luggage. Check-in and check-out were fast and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and attentive. A huge bonus was having my favorite cafe, Superfood Deli, right nearby for perfect breakfast bowls. I loved everything and didn't want to leave!

  Disliked: It’s hard to find any real negatives. The only minor suggestion would be to update the towels, as they seemed a bit worn out from frequent washing.

  A great place as a base to explore Vienna with a homely feel

  Liked: We love the location of the apartment near to the metro station and it is great for walkers as you can walk to the city center. The spacious apartment feels like a luxury compared to a normal hotel room, with a small kitchenette for simple cooking. We did not use the kitchen though.

  Disliked: We realised that luggage storage before check in and after check out will be an issue if we require the service at non business hours as the luggage is stored in the office when it is in operation. Fortunately we were not caught in such a situation. There were not enough power points in the room for charging devices and there should be a door at the shower to prevent water from splashing out of the shower cubicle.
