  Disappointing. I have made a video and am willing to share it

  Disliked: Apartment not as described or illustrated, misleading photos. No welcome pack - basics - water or milk Too few pillows/no chairs/drawers in bedrooms No hooks in bedrooms or bathroom/toilet 1 bathroom and 1 toilet - not 2 en suite rooms Step into bath very high - no slip mat Shoddy quality appliances - kettle & toaster No sink plug in kitchen or washing up bowl Too few dishes for use of dishwasher/ waste of water and energy/ wrong size selection of glasses Lift in building very poor - particularly for 4 seniors Two people over 80 needed to use lift. We do not believe this apartment was value for money, it was very expensive and not a good standard

  Great location and enjoyed our time in Vienna

  Liked: Well proportioned large rooms. Lots of space and washing machine was useful. Great location and nice places to eat nearby. There is a bakery next to the apartment.

  Disliked: No mirrors in the bedroom. No hooks on the doors which we find useful. Only stand up fans for aircon but otherwise very comfortable.
