  Disliked: The staff. The room was not clean enough. They tell you that you can park on the street, but there's no place. So, you have to park at their garage.

  Liked: As I was travelling for work, I really appreciated the room. It was located on the ground floor, close to the reception area, which made it very convenient and easily accessible. The room was spacious, with a comfortable working area, which was perfect for my business trip. It also had a lovely view, although unfortunately I didn't have much time to enjoy it due to my work schedule. I also had a great experience at the OXBO restaurant, where I tried my very first schnitzel, and it was delicious! The food was excellent value for money, and the restaurant had a lovely, cosy atmosphere. As I was dining alone, I particularly appreciated how comfortable and relaxed I felt there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience at check-in on Friday evening was not as welcoming as I had hoped this hotel will be. The gentleman at reception was quite cold and didn't even greet a hello. He simply asked if I was there to check in, without much warmth. After completing my check-in, he told me that my room was on the first floor, but didn't explain where to go. I didn't realise we were already on the first floor, so I ended up taking the lift and finding my way to the room on my own. On a much more positive note, the gentlemen at reception the following day and when I checked out on Sunday morning were both nice and professional. It's just a little unfortunate that my first impression wasn't the warmest, especially as the rest of my stay was very pleasant. A simple smile, a friendly greeting and a little guidance would have made all the difference.:)

  Liked: Very pretty patio right on the edge of the Danube. The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner wasn't there for lunch.

  Disliked: Nowhere to walk to from here. There was a light rail station not too far away, but just going out to get a bite wasn't possible.

  Great location

  Liked: Everything was as expected and to the Hilton standards. The location at the Danube was great, as was the evening bar. Parking was easily available for a price.

  Great location comfortable and clean. A great stay!

  Liked: Location and facilities so easy to get in public transport which is excellent in Vienna. The fitness room is great and even exercising from this location is excellent with the waterfront park. Bed was super comfortable.

  Disliked: Rooms got very overheated and window broken so only one could open.
