  Liked: Staffs are good.

Disliked: Very congested room, bathrooms are not that clean, nil guest amenities in the room. Not at all worthy for the money.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and plenty of natural light in the room. The location is also fantastic, tram station right in front of the hotel and the Praterstern and Prater are like 20 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast is rich and delicious and the 24h front desk and bar is a major plus.

  Wonderful stay in Vienna

Liked: Hotel is located a bit away from city center and is quiet. There is no much traffic around. At the same time you are very close to city's main attraction provided you travel by car/taxi.

Disliked: Room is average, modern and is okay if you are traveling on budget. For a family of 3 it would be a bit small. Room service is not something we were used to in other places.
