  Liked: The location is central and walking distance to a lot of sites. Shops & cafes directly below.

  Disliked: I did reservation for 1 night by mistake and after i wrote to hotel to extend it for 2 nights.They said they dont have availability.When i enter booking i saw they have availability!I made another reservation they wrote again they have availability!When i enter hotel i explained to reception the situation and said please dont change my room tomorrow for second night and they said ok.The next day name of ahmed from reception said they have to change my room.I was trying to explain the situation but he were talking like a robot just no no no!i didnt extend ans change my room but it was so disturbing!everytime i been in Vienna. I stay in that hotel and every time stayed there!4 or 5 times!

  Beautiful old world vibe with superb service and location

  Liked: The location was the best! So much to do/eat within a comfortable walking distance. Also, maybe because we were there in mid October, it wasn’t crowded. The staff was very polite and helpful. We stayed 11 nights (in an apartment with a small kitchen and spacious livingroom) and would stay again at this hotel.

  Disliked: There was no onsite restaurant during the off season and the breakfast options were limited. Also they do not provide an iron and the rates for dry cleaning was steep (I hand washed in the tub and bought a small iron locally).
