  We liked it

  Liked: The hotel room was a bit old, but it was comfortable and we had everything we needed. It’s great for it’s price. Also, the girl at the service desk was really nice

  Disliked: We came in the evening and the hotel parking was full. But there’s a paid public parking in about 5 min walk from the hotel

  They gave our paid room to someone else

  Liked: Food was great. Coffee was okay-ish. Good location, but have no idea where they found their 4 stars.

  Disliked: THEY GAVE OUR PAID, RESERVED ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE. We booked a suite, so we could sleep with our small children. When we arrived, they told us that they already gave out our room to someone else, they cannot do anything with it, and we had to wait like 2 hours at the reception, while they figured out what to do. Arrived around 20:30, so not too late, but after a long day, the children already just wanted to sleep, and still had to wait for a long time. (They even accepted the booking, responded to our questions, so I have 0 idea how could they messed up). Then they blamed booking.com, and stated that they havent made any mistake. Our rooms was cold, missed a lot of basic / listed amenities (ie. had no coffee machine, despite being listed) They couldn't gave us an "universal" card to both rooms, we only had one for each room. Room was acceptable for a 2 or 3 star hotel, but not for a 4 stars.

  We were satisfied

  Liked: Location,staff,breakfast ware excellent.

  Disliked: Room needs renovation,but beds were so comfortable to sleep.

  Too expansive for location and clearness

  Liked: No much, too old and expensive for the quality and location.

  Disliked: Only one staff by reception all day, gets always busy for a simple check out.

  Good breakfast and price, but worn and not clean facilities

  Liked: The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very nice.

  Disliked: It was not clean, rooms were old and worn, and it was uncomfortable. There was hair all over the bathroom and some in the bed when I checked into my room. The walls have scuff marks and missing paint. There was mold in the shower. The shower also got the entire bathroom wet. I could hear the people in the other rooms from my room.
